Man falls out of third-floor window
He is in critical condition

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A man is in critical condition after falling from a third-floor window at a Grand Rapids apartment complex.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. Saturday at Lake Village Co-Op Apartments in the 1300 block of Parkway Drive NE.
The 20-year-old victim was drinking alcohol at a party, sat down on the window sill of an open dining room window, leaned back and fell backwards through the window screen, witnesses told police at the scene.
He was found on the cement slab below the window behind the residence and suffering from a serious head injury.
The victim was taken to a hospital. He has been identified but his name is not being released at this time.
