GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The old Landmark in Motel on 28th Street will remain standing -- at least for now.
Grand Rapids city commissioners tabled a move to tear down the neglected, multi-building motel in the 100 block of 28th SE and bill Star Holdings, the owner of the motel.
Company officials now say they have a plan to rehab the motel.
Star Holdings will have to present a plan that outlines how they intend to fix the building and how they'll pay for it by the commission's next meeting on July 24.
