GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A Target 8 series on the "hidden homeless" introduced West Michigan to some of the area's homeless camps -- and the men and women who call them home.
And, the stories got an overwhelming response -- nearly half-a-million views on the photo slideshow alone.
Photos: The Hidden Homeless Camps in West Michigan
Now, some of those photographs by Target 8 investigator Ken Kolker will be on display, and for sale, in a photo exhibit at Wealthy at Charles home decor shop, 738 Wealthy St. SE.
Proceeds from the sales, as well as donations, will go to the Servants Center, which serves the mentally ill and homeless in Grand Rapids.
The exhibit and open house is scheduled for Sept. 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
