GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Two Grand Rapids entrepreneurs plan to set up a zip line across the Grand River.
The 800-foot Zip The Grand and elevated rope course is planned to go in near the Blue Bridge downtown, according to Jarl Brey and Jane Timmer.
They hope to get city approval in time to set up the zip line before ArtPrize starts in mid-September.
Brey and Timmer told 24 Hour News 8 they think the venture will bring thousands of tourists to the city each year.
