GR woman cooks on "Today" show

    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A Grand Rapids woman was on NBC's "Today" on Monday morning.

    Liz Della Croce has a healthy food blog called Liz's Lemon Bowl in which she creates and shares healthy recipes.

    Della Croce entered the "Today" Home Chef Challenge and won, earning her an appearance during the 9 a.m. hour of the show.

    Della Croce made her pesto chicken pasta with Swiss chard.

    She sent 24 Hour News 8 the attached photos of her rehearsal Sunday night with the producer of the "Today" segment.

    "Today" beings at 7 a.m., right after 24 Hour News 8 Daybreak, on WOOD TV8.
