PERRYSBURG, Ohio (WOOD) - A Grand Rapids man and his daughter were injured in a crash on an Ohio highway.
Roderick Munro was driving north on Interstate 475 in Perrysburg about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
He approached an advanced warning area for construction on the bridge over the Maumee River near Mile Maker 2.
His vehicle collided into the back of a slow-moving truck pulling a trailer, according to a news release.
A medical helicopter took Munro, 41, to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo. An ambulance took his daughter, 17-year-old Kaylee Munro from Tennessee, to that hospital.
Roderick is in critical condition and his daughter's condition is not known but police said she suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Two people in the truck were not hurt.
