GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - For the next three days, wine and beer tasting is on tap at DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids
The Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival features wines from 30 different Michigan wineries and 150 different beers, 25 of which are Michigan craft brews.
Food tasting from 14 of West Michigan's local restaurants will also be available.
Admission is $15 and sampling tickets are available for 50 cents each. Organizers said no one under 21 will be allowed inside in order to encourage wineries and restaurants to bring their best products for you to try.
"You could actually come down here and maybe you wouldn't buy a $700 bottle of wine but you sure would like to taste it," festival manager Dawn Baker said.
The Thursday-Friday-Saturday event goes until 10 p.m. each night. It begins at 5 p.m. Thursday, 4 p.m. Friday and noon on Saturday.
