GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A 23-year-old woman who was allegedly driving drunk faces charges after rolling her vehicle with two children inside.
Nicole Henry was arraigned Wednesday afternoon on charges of operating while intoxicated/child endangerment.
Authorities say the woman hit a utility pole and rolled her Jeep Cherokee near the intersection on Cherry Street and Diamond Avenue SE in Grand Rapids just before 3 a.m. Wednesday.
The two children, ages 4 and 6, and the woman were not injured.
Henry faces up to a year in jail if convicted of the misdemeanor.
