GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Grand Rapids police continue to search for a man who they say is armed and dangerous.

Navillus Trudell Heart, also known as Nate Heart, is wanted for multiple felonies and allegedly robbed an Admiral gas station earlier this week.

He is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 152 pounds.

Grand Rapids officers and a SWAT team looked for the 19-year-old near 32nd Street and Eastern Avenue Thursday afternoon.

New Branches Public School Academy located nearby was put on lockdown mode during the search.

Heart's criminal record shows he has had a few run-ins with the law, but nothing too serious.

If you see Heart you are asked to call police or Silent Observer at -616.774.2345.
