GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A water main break and a portion of E. Beltline Avenue have been repaired.

The pipe burst late Wednesday morning and crews closed the northbound lanes near Claystone Street, just south of Burton Street, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.

The break near Woodland Mall was fixed Wednesday evening, but the road still needed some repair. Those road repairs were completed Thursday morning.

The Western Michigan University Grand Rapids regional location was also closed due to the issues. Some classes were moved to WMU's Graduate Center in downtown Grand Rapids.
