GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Police responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of Broadway Avenue NW at around 5:11 p.m. Thursday.
Two men were shot, police say, one in a shoulder and one in the stomach.
The victim shot in the arm is suffering from non life-threatening injuries. The victim shot in the stomach was taken to a hospital by friends.
One victim is 19 and the other is described as "young," police said.
Officers are receiving conflicting information on suspect descriptions. The shooting started with a group of people fighting, witnesses say.
