Oprah Winfrey is only the beginning for Sarah Palin's book tour.
Starting Wednesday, the day after Palin's "Going Rogue" was released and two days after she was interviewed by Winfrey, the former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate will make appearances around the country, from a Barnes & Noble store in Grand Rapids to the Army post in Fort Bragg, N.C.
Palin will be signing copies of her book between 6 and 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Barnes & Noble store in the Woodland Mall, 3195 28th St. SE. Barnes & Noble will hand out first-come, first-serve wristbands beginning at 7 a.m. Only one wristband will be given per person.
The wristbands will be mandatory in order to get in line for the book signing.
Here is a timeline of what to expect for Palin's visit:
Midnight -- People will be permitted to start lining up in the plaza outside at Woodland Mall starting at midnight. There will be a roped-off area.
5:30 a.m. -- The first people in the plaza lines will be allowed inside the mall to another line at the Barnes & Noble entrance. The mall can hold about 600 to 800 people; excess will be lined up outside.
7 a.m. -- Barnes & Noble will start distributing an undisclosed number of wristbands.
6 to 9 p.m. -- Palin signs books inside the store.
Additional wristband information:
If you receive a wristband, you are guaranteed a signature from Palin in the evening. People need to purchase a Palin book when they receive a wristband, or, be able to provide a receipt showing they purchased one at another Barnes & Noble store or the store's Web site.
The wristband does not have a number, so when you return later in the day, you will have to get in another line to wait for the autograph.
That evening, if Palin gets through all the people with wristbands before 9 p.m., she will give autographs to people without wristbands who are waiting in a standby line.

HarperCollins spokeswoman Tina Andreadis said Wednesday that the tour will run through at least Dec. 6, and that Palin will travel for part of it by bus.
"Going Rogue" has an announced first printing of 1.5 million copies and has been at or near the top of Amazon.com's best-seller list for weeks.
