GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - He is calling it a "major event" for West Michigan.

Rob Bliss, the organizer of The Zombie Walk, Lyon Street Water Slide and Paper Airplane Event, among others, is set to unveil his plans for 2011.

He calls it "the most complex and difficult undertaking yet" that will "impact how the outside world views Grand Rapids."

Bliss said the event has the potential to be seen by more than 1 million people.

A helicopter will play a key role, Bliss said on his event's Facebook page.

All of the details will be released at a news conference at 10 a.m. March 23 at the Grand Rapids Art Museum.
