River House condos drop prices
Prices cut up to 30%

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Prices on the River House condos have been slashed 6 - 30%, according to the marketing director for the facility.
Kristin Myers-Chatman said 68 of the 207 units in the condominiums have closed. At least five units are in the financing stages, and another was just purchased, she told 24 Hour News 8.
This comes on the heels of a June 22 court ruling that would-be buyers of River House condos do not have to go through with their purchase after Judge Donald Johnston ruled River House failed to include required language mandated by the State Condominium Act, rendering the contracts invalid.
River House towers 34 stories into the downtown Grand Rapids skyline, and is located on the Grand River.
