One person shot in leg, 2 in custody

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Two people are in custody after allegedly shooting a man in the leg on the city's southeast side Tuesday afternoon.

The incident closed Fuller SE at Sherman SE for a time as police investigated. The man was shot by two men in a car around 4:30 p.m., police told 24 Hour News 8, but the injuries are not life-threatening. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

There is no known motive for the shooting at this time.
