GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - After three years of work, a new glass sculpture is being installed above the Gardens Cafe and the Frederick Meijer Gardens.
World-renowned glass artist Dale Chihuly designed the sculpture, "Lena's Garden," named for Lena Meijer.
It's the culmination of a three-year capital campaign called "Maintaining the Masterpiece."
The cafe will remain open while the sculpture is installed. The public is invited to watch the installation.
