Israels closes Other Store,restructures
Klingmans clearance center will triple in size

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Israels The Other Store will close beginning March 18, but the furniture retailer will begin using the Seward Street location for other uses right away.
In a release Thursday, company officials stressed "no jobs will be lost in the restructuring" that will triple the size of its Klingman's clearance store in Wyoming.
Israels will begin leasing the Seward Street location to other businesses, and already has one tenant. Modern Day Floral is already in the space.
A clearance liquidation sale at The Other Store starts March 18.
