GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Grand Rapids police are looking into what may be a case of police impersonation.
GRPD received a report of a black Pontiac Grand Prix with hidden flashing police-type lights attempting to stop another vehicle on the city's west side Friday evening.
There were four people in the Grand Prix, police say, when it attempted to pull over the other car near the intersection of W. Fulton Street and Straight Avenue around 7 p.m.
Authorities believe this may be a possible police impersonation case and are attempting to locate the Grand Prix and its occupants.
Anyone with information is asked to contact GRPD at 616.456.3400 or Silent Observer at 616.774.2345.
