GR man charged with polygamy

    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A Grand Rapids man is being charged with polygamy, and faces up to four years in prison, 24 Hour News 8 learned Thursday.

    Richard Barton Jr. apparently was married to a woman in Rhode Island, who became suspicious of him when Barton de-friended her on Facebook.

    When she started searching through photo albums online, she found pictures of Barton and his new wife on their wedding day.
