GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Consuela Martinez was disconsolate after learning her 2-year-old daughter, Jozlynn, died Monday and her body disposed of in a trash receptacle.
Her boyfriend, Jeffrey Malmberg, was arraigned on kidnapping charges and remains jailed on $1 million bond.
