Shooting near Elk's building; 1 hurt

Injuries not life-threatening

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - One person was shot in a leg near the Elk's Lodge on Grand Rapids' southeast side early Saturday morning.

Grand Rapids police told 24 Hour News 8 the shooting happened at 1:54 a.m. at the facility at 1546 Linden Ave. SE.

The victim's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
