FLINT, Mich. (AP) - A judge in Michigan says he needs to hear more evidence before deciding whether to order the first murder trial arising from a summer stabbing spree in and around Flint.
Genesee County prosecutors called four witnesses Friday but others weren't available. Elias Abuelazam is charged with murder in the death of 60-year-old Frank Kellybrew in Flint Township.
Trash hauler Robert Craglow says he saw Kellybrew's body around dawn outside a restaurant as he was emptying trash containers. Police say the victim lived in a nearby motel and was attacked when he walked to a gas station for soda and a sandwich.
The next hearing is Dec. 3. Earlier Friday, Abuelazam was ordered to stand trial in a case of attempted murder.
