MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (WOOD) - Authorities in Isabella County are searching for a 4-year-old boy who disappeared Thursday night.
Police told 24 Hour News 8 Carnel Chamberlain was last seen on Tomah Road on the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe Reservation near Mount Pleasant. He is about 3 feet tall, has green eyes and dark hair.
Carnel is Native American and was last seen wearing a dark shirt with "Angry Birds" on the front, and dark blue or green shorts with green trim, authorities said.
Police received reports of the boy missing around 10:12 p.m.
There are about 13 different agencies involved in the search, including bloodhounds and Aero Med, which used a heat-seeking device. About 100 volunteers are also searching for the boy.
Police said an Amber Alert has not been issued.
