SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) - An ex-high school football coach in northeastern Pennsylvania has agreed to plead guilty to charges he produced child pornography.
Federal authorities say that 28-year-old Joseph Ostrowski enticed minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct that he transmitted electronically. A separate criminal complaint says the Wilkes-Barre resident tricked people into sex acts over Skype and then sent the images to others on Facebook.
Federal prosecutors say his victims came from Pennsylvania and 13 other states, including Michigan.
Ostrowski agreed Tuesday to plead guilty to producing and attempting to produce child pornography, interstate extortion, and cyber stalking. The agreement calls for a sentence of 25 years in prison. It requires a judge's approval.
Ostrowski was head coach at Holy Redeemer High School in Wilkes-Barre from June 2011 until his arrest last May.
