MAPLE GROVE TOWNSHIIP, Mich. (WOOD) - An investigation continues after a teenage girl was hit by a car while on a bicycle.
The accident happened around 3:50 p.m. Saturday on Dowling Road near Barryville Road in Maple Grove Township, according to the Barry County Sheriff's Department.
Police said the 16-year-old girl was exiting a driveway when she was hit by a westbound car.
Aero Med was dispatched to the scene and took the girl to a hospital, and her condition is unknown.
The driver and its passengers were not injured in the crash.
