THORNAPPLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - Many rural roads in West Michigan are icy Wednesday morning, resulting in many crashes.
One such wreck occurred around 6:30 a.m. along M-37 near W. Parmalee Road in Thornapple Township in Barry County. A Caledonia Community Schools bus slid off the icy road, police at the scene told 24 Hour News 8.
There were no students on the bus and the driver was OK.
Some of the other incidents that resulted in no serious injuries include --
-- M-37 and Lawrence Road in Baltimore Township in Barry County
-- M-21 near Bertha Brock Park in Ionia
