BELLEVUE, Mich. (WOOD) - The founder of a youth home and animal rescue organization accused of sexual crimes involving teenagers is back in jail after violating his bond.
Michael Terpening is expected to be arraigned Wednesday on the new charge.
The former director of Earth Services in Bellevue was arrested in August 2011. He is awaiting trial on 12 charges.
The teenagers stayed at the Barry County facility.
