ALLEGAN, Mich. (WOOD) - A man accused of attacking several people with a knife was arraigned on Tuesday on eight assault charges in connection with the incident.
According to the Allegan County Sheriff's Department, Levi Nation was charged with:
The counts reference four separate victims.
Nation was also arraigned on Monday on one count of malicious destruction of property, bringing the total number of charges against him to nine.
Nation, 23, allegedly attacked the victims after showing up unannounced to a family gathering at a Trowbridge Township residence in the early hours of Sunday. Witnesses said he stabbed several people, tried to stab a pregnant woman and beat up two girls.

Nation was arrested on Sunday night, according to the Sheriff's Department. He remains held in the Allegan County Jail.
