Homeowner escapes fire in Plainwell

    PLAINWELL, Mich. (WOOD) - A homeowner escaped a fire inside a Plainwell mobile home Friday morning.

    The residence is in the Lombardini Trailer Park near M-89 and 12th Street in Allegan County.

    A portion of M-89 was closed as firefighters doused the flames.

    A cause of the fire is unknown.
