Wes Leonard Heart Team efforts continue

    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The Wes Leonard Heart Team was created after 16-year-old Wes Leonard, a Fennville High School basketball player, collapsed on the court and died from a sudden cardiac arrest.

    Now the organization is hoping to bring awareness of sudden cardiac arrest so others have a chance to play "just one more game."

    Wes Leonard's mother, Jocelyn, talks with Storm Team 8 meteorologist Terri DeBoer about the group's efforts.
