River House condos selling well

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A year ago, the River House condos were beset with legal disputes and empty dwellings. Now, they've closed $13 million in contracts and have more than 130 of their 207 units sold.

A release from the Robert Grooters Development company touted River House as "the fastest selling condominium development in the state."

The turnaround, according to River House project manager Dan Wert in a statement, "is a testament to the West Michigan economy and the hard work of our team."
