Home heating credit for residents

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - There is help for thousands who struggle to heat their homes in the winter.

DTE Energy announced Thursday it will offer free assistance to low-income residents who may be eligible for the Home Heating Credit -- a state energy credit that can help offset the costs of heating homes.
