BIG RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Police continue to search for a convicted murderer who escaped from jail.

Jonathan Good was convicted in the 1980s. Earlier this year, he was arrested for his alleged involvement in a group's crime spree that spanned several counties. One of those crimes occurred in March when police say the group broke into Mike Korpal's home in Morley, duct-taped him and his wife, ransacked their home and stole their van.

A few days later, Korpal says the group came back to his home, set off fireworks outside and shot at the home, injuring Mike's wife.

Korpal told 24 Hour News 8 he and his wife are not going to have problems forgiving the other teenagers accused in the spree. But he says it's a different story for Good.

"We can find it in our hearts to forgive the teens for what they did. Even the alleged shooter. But Mr. Good…I'm having trouble with him. As somebody that corrupts teenagers to the point that he corrupted them, I just can't find forgiveness," Korpal said.
