Teens tackle hunger this holiday season

MUSKEGON, Mich (WOOD) - - Players from four state football championship teams in Muskegon County took time Sunday to help those in need.

Players from Muskegon High, Muskegon Catholic Central, Muskegon Oakridge and Montague all signed autographs at the Lakes Mall in exchange for food donations.

Those we talked to said it was a way to give back to the community after all the support they gave during the season.

All of the food donated was given to local food pantries in Muskegon County.
