GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - President Barack Obama unveiled a $75 billion program to help Americans keep their homes yesterday in Mesa, Arizona.
The plan aims to assist nine million citizens by providing refinancing for home owners who owe more money on their mortgages than their home is worth.
It will also provide incentives for mortgage lenders to provide those in danger of losing their homes, more options.
