Wyoming - Two Wyoming businesses are teaming up, to deal with the tight economy.

Earth Service and Supply and Automatic Supply Michigan are joining forces.  Earth Service sells grass seed, pesticides and fertilizers while Automatic Supply is geared towards landscaping and irrigation.

The owners estimate that by combining, they'll spend 20 percent less and will also be able to offer better customer service.  They tell 24 Hour News 8 they had an "a-ha" moment and realized they were both facing similar expenses to maintain their business and decided it was time to collaborate for a solution.

The owners compare it to living in a dorm room. Their warehouse is set up like a dorm room and is split down the middle, one half with irrigation products, the other geared towards pesticides.

The owners say they'll also be able to share employees and can shift the workers to cover each other's busy season.
