West Michigan steps up to help earthquake victims

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Many agenices based in West Michigan are responding to the earthquake disaster in Haiti. Here's a partial list of who and how you can help.

American Red Cross accepting donations for Haiti earthquake victims

Rays of Hope for Haiti is collecting supplies for earthquake victims. Nonperishable food items include beans, rice, canned goods, cooking oil, powdered milk, canned milk, peanut butter, salt, over-the-counter medical supplies, bandages, wraps, sheets, blankets, toothbrushes, toothpaste, washcloths and towels

The items can be dropped off at --
