GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A Mona Shores graduate has been eliminated from NBC's "The Voice."

Sylvia Yacoub, who was on Team Christina, did not garner enough votes to make the cut Tuesday evening. Moving forward in the competition for Team Christina is Dez Duron.

"thank you so much for your support. I love you all and this has been such an amazing experience. It isn't over yet Take it home :)" Yacoub tweeted Tuesday night.
