MERCURY
Female

Mercury is a domestic, medium-haired cat. She seems to have had a hard life before she ended up at the shelter. She has a scar on her nose, possibly from being attacked by another animal. Now she is warm and safe at the shelter, but she would love to be warm and safe in a home. The sad reality is most people don't even look at her because she is a black, adult cat. Black cats are the hardest to adopt since they don't stand out, especially when competing with tiny kittens. Please save a life and visit with her today in Cat Room A-23.

DUKE
8 years old
Male

Duke is a Jack Russell Terrier. He was surrendered to the shelter simply because his owner didn't have time for him anymore. He spent his whole life in a garage, desperate for love and attention. Many people will dismiss him because he is older, but he still deserves to know what it feels like to actually live inside a home with a family to love and cuddle him. Typical to his breed, he has still a lot of energy and would love an active family that can keep up with him. He is in room D-10.

Please come meet them, as well as all of the other adoptable pets at Harbor Humane Society.
