'Chaos' director has message for GR

Movie to play on big screen in GR, Lansing

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Philippe Martinez, director of "The Chaos Experiment", recorded a special message for the audience attending the film's world premiere in Grand Rapids on Tuesday.

Martinez recorded the message in Israel, where he is in pre-production for his next movie, "Tribes of October," which plans on filming in Michigan and currently is scouting locations that include Grand Rapids.

"The Chaos Experiment," filmed in Grand Rapids for 16 days in September 2008 and stars Val Kilmer and Armand Assante. The movie will play for one week in Grand Rapids, May 8 -14 at Celebration! North and Celebration! RiverTown. The movie then moves to Lansing from May 15 -21 at Celebration! Lansing.
