MARTIN, Mich. (WOOD) - It's always nice to have a birthday in summer. It's even nicer when tens of thousands of your friends show up to help celebrate.
For the 20th year, country music radio powerhouse B-93 will hold its birthday bash over two hot summer days this weekend, filling the U.S. 131 Motorsports Park in Martin with top-flight musical acts and plenty of fans wearing sunscreen.
On Saturday, Dierks Bentley, Love & Theft, Dustin Lynch, Kris Hitchcock and Small Town Son will entertain the crowd along with Lee Brice, The Lost Trailers and Jana Kramer.
Sunday, it's Montgomery Gentry, Brantley Gilbert, Chris Cagle, Gloriana, Thomas Rhett and the Kari Lynch Band.
The B-93 Birthday Bash is free. The doors open at 10 a.m. each day with music starting at noon.
But parking is not free, and you're required to park on the U.S. 131 Motorsports Park grounds in Allegan County. Parking is $30 on Saturday, $20 on Sunday, and two-day passes are available for $40. You can't park overnight on the grounds.
No carry-ins are allowed at the Bash, but plenty of food and beverages will be available. All seats are general admission -- and you're encouraged to bring your own seat.
