HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) - Starship will headline the entertainment lineup for the 2010 Tulip Time Festival.
The annual event, taking place May 1-8 next year, is a celebration of Dutch heritage and culture, with parades, dance performance and concerts, according to its Web site.
Starring Mickey Thomas, Starship will perform May 7 at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $23 to $30 to hear such hits as "We Built This City," "No Way Out," "Sara" and "Find Your Way Back."
The Coasters, Drifters, and Platters will all perform at 7 p.m. May 6. Tickets are $35.
The Coasters had such hits as "Yakety Yak," "Young Blood," "Poison Ivy," "Searchin'" and "Charlie Brown."
The Drifters' hits include "Save The Last Dance For Me," "On Broadway," "Under the Boardwalk," "There Goes My Baby" and "Up on the Roof."
The Platters had hits including "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes," "My Prayer," "The Great Pretenders," "Twilight Time" and "Only You."
