GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) - A TV movie starring Golden Globe award winner Jane Seymour that was filmed entirely at a home in Ada will premiere Jan. 8.
Check out movie blogger Aaron Lafferty's blog, Laff at the Movies, on the premier.
Executive producer Rob Gilmer tells The Grand Rapids Press his "Perfectly Prudence" crew had a "fantastic" time during filming at the west Michigan home owned by a Grand Rapids physician. The movie employed local crews from Sept. 13 to Oct. 1.
"Perfectly Prudence" is a sequel to the 2008 film "Dear Prudence," about a TV host who helps solve a murder. It will debut on the Hallmark Channel.
Gilmer said he hopes to write a third "Prudence" script and would love to film it in Michigan.
Seymour starred with the late Christopher Reeve in "Somewhere in Time," filmed at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island in 1979.
