SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) - Though the late-October temperatures hovered in the 40s, about 70 people wore summer clothing to be extras in the new Ed Harris movie being shot in West Michigan.
The extras arrived early to be part of the movie, "What's wrong with Virginia?" They were needed along the boardwalk in South Haven for a scene in which Harris, playing a politician named Richard Tipton, makes an announcement.
The film, produced by TicTock Studios and directed by Dustin Lance Black, shot in Grand Haven last week.
Black won an Academy Award for Best Screenplay for "Milk."
