Wreath sales benefit children

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Before we know it, there will be snow on the ground and Christmas carols playing everywhere we go.  That means it's time to start thinking about ordering a wreath for your home, and it's even better when your purchase goes to help some special kids in West Michigan.  Alison Himelhoch and Ryan Slusarzyk are with Leading For Our Kids, an organization that raises funds to support Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.   The deadline to order your wreaths is November 1 and a pick up party will happen at The Woods Lounge December 1 from noon to 3 p.m..  Each wreath  is $25 and for $5 more,  you can have yours delivered to your door.
