GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Fine wine and choice cuisine create the formula for having a great night. To engage in an evening filled of fun and happy taste buds, join "Crush Grand Rapids" at Reserve Wine and Food Saturday, March 9 at 7 p.m. in their effort to raise money for the Children's Leukemia Foundation. This foundation serves both children and adults who suffer from leukemia, lymphoma and other blood related cancers. All of the funds raised from the event will stay in West Michigan to benefit the families in the area. Reserve Wine and Food have brought in chefs from all over Michigan along with winemakers to create a superb culinary experience for a great cause.
One dish on the menu promises to bring grilled rainbow trout with pickled smelt, Belgian endive, trumpet royal mushrooms and a walnut dressing.
