Warm up with soup and socialize

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Soup's On is a fundraising event which benefits the food and pantry programs of Catholic Charities West Michigan. These programs include meals delivered to the homebound, drop in lunch and dinner sites, food pantries, meal outreach in several communities and much more.

This annual event is taking place on Monday, January 28 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the B.O.B. in downtown Grand Rapids. Admission includes a sampling of delicious homemade soups, fresh baked breads and amazing desserts, along with live entertainment from local performers including the Adams Family. The Adams Family stopped by the eightWest studio for a special performance to promote the big event.

Make sure you mark your calendar for this weekend's big event! Tickets are $50 in advance or $60 at the door. Tickets can be purchased online at www.soupsonforall.org or at businesses including God's Kitchen, Catholic Charities West Michigan, Bishop's Baraga Bookstore and Schuler Books and Music.
