Two weeks of 'Cool Brews. Hot Eats'

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - For the next two weeks, restaurants, bars and breweries are teaming up for "Cool Brews. Hot Eats."  This brand new winter event celebrates all the great restaurants and breweries that Grand Rapids offers. 

Now through March 2, 2013, 57 restaurants will feature special dishes using beer as an ingredient or some restaurants even are showcasing three or four course meals with beer pairings. Some of the participating restaurants include: Riverfront Hotel, Bar Divani, Chop House, Grand Rapids Brewing Company, Grove, Reds on the River, Trillium Haven and more.

This inaugural festival was created to showcase the local restaurants and breweries in the area and give people an excuse to come out in the middle of winter to enjoy all that Grand Rapids has to offer.
