GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - As a young man, Steven Ford proudly watched his parents create a legacy and dedicate the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in Grand Rapids. Now, Steven is proud to announce its exciting expansion. A student learning center will be added to the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum , an expansion that commemorates Ford's 100th birthday in 2013. This project will include the creation of interactive exhibits using the latest technologies and online digital access to a significant number of historical documents in the museum and library located in Ann Arbor. Students of all ages will be able to learn from the museum's and library's incredible holdings, which is right in line with the legacy of the Ford Presidency. Donations to the Campaign for the Legacy of Gerald R. Ford will be gratefully accepted by the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation at 616-254-0396 or through their website, www.geraldrfordfoundation.org .
