Take Action Tuesday

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - We all have things sitting around our homes that we'll never use again, things that someone else could probably put to good use.   Starting today and every Tuesday, eightWest is teaming up with In The Image to move what you no longer need into the hands of those who could use a little help.  It's Take Action Tuesday and In The Image needs your help to get what's needed into the hands of those who need it.  This Grand Rapids based organization gathers gently used clothing, housewares, furniture and appliances and distributes them to families in need.   On today's list  of what's most requested are twin mattresses, men's clothing, men's hats and gloves, steel-toed boots and new men's undergarments.  You can bring donations to In The Image located at 1823 South Division Avenue in Grand Rapids.  Find them online at intheimage.org
